Four years after entering the Indian mineral market, Allmineral GmbH & Co KG is continuing its plans for expansion by opening a subsidiary company in Kolkata. Allmineral Asia Pvt was founded in June 2009 as a joint venture with Jyotirmoyee International Pvt, and is responsible for the marketing, supply, project management and service of Allmineral’s complete solutions for mineral beneficiation in India and Southeast Asia.
Heribert Breuer, executive director of Allmineral Asia said: "We will meet the ever-increasing demands of our customers in Asia by enhancing our strong presence and raising the level of service and quality even higher. By opening an office in India we are taking steps to expand our already very successful involvement in Asia."
The new company will continue to employ trained personnel from Hari Machine’s mineral beneficiation branch, which manufactures equipment for Allmineral solutions. This will provide customers with an on-site partner, available to deal with tasks from raw materials studies to process design, planning, construction and start up of equipment or entire plants.
Allmineral and Hari Machines have had an ongoing alliance for a number of years. The partners supplied equipment for iron ore processing to the third largest Indian steel company, Jindal Steel & Power, as well as to Brahmani River Pellets, which will process previously unusable raw materials for pellet production with the help of this machinery.
