Bilfinger Berger buys Diemme

Italian filter manufacturer Diemme has confirmed that its filter division will be transferred to German multinational, Bilfinger Berger SE.
Bilfinger Berger is expanding its range of services in filter technology, and is acquiring a majority interest in Diemme’s filter division. The acquisition will complement Bilfinger Berger’s current portfolio of products for water and waste treatment.
Diemme Filtration is active in 42 countries in Europe, India, Russia and South America and primarily serves clients in the mining sector.
The company will be integrated into the Passavant-Geiger group, part of the business unit Facility Services of Bilfinger Berger. The experienced management team will remain with the company.
