Liebherr is delivering four R 9350 BH mining excavators to Masering SAS based in Barranquilla, Colombia. The 300t machines equipped with backhoe buckets were produced at Liebherr-Brasil Ltda. in Guaratinguetá, Brazil and will be used at the El Hatillo coal mine in northern Colombia.
The first two excavators have already been delivered and are now being prepared for deployment in the mine. Masering SAS decided to purchase Liebherr excavators for the large volume buckets and the high ripping force provided by the machines.
