Crushing & Conveying

Russian mining equipment manufacturer, Uralmashplant, has announced that it will supply two primary crushers and four T6 series cone crushers to Metinvest Holding in Ukraine, for use at its Severny and Inguletskiy mines.

The two primary crushers, which will be delivered in the June quarter of 2011, will be used in the production line at Severny mine. After crushing, the rock will then be transported by conveyor to the concentrating facility. The capacity of a single production line equipped with a Uralmashplant heavy-duty crusher is approximately 20Mt/y of ore.

Two T6 series, fine cone crushers with 2.2m crusher head base diameters, will be supplied to Severny mine in the December quarter of 2010, along with a further two models to Inguletskiy mine.
