IZ-KARTEX delivers 500th EKG-10 excavator

IZ-KARTEX, part of the OMZ Group, has delivered its 500th EKG-10 excavator.
The EKG-10 is the company's most popular model of excavator. It weighs in at 400t and has a bucket capacity of 10m3. Production of EKG-10 began in 1984, and the first excavator was delivered to Kemerovougol’s Krasnobrodskiy coal mine.
The 500th EKG-10 was delivered to the Olympiandskiy ore mining and dressing plant in the Krasnoyarsk region. The plant is owned by OJSC Polyus Gold - one of the largest gold mining companies in Russia.
