The K-Redi-Liner modular lining system is made to offer long lasting wear protection for transfer points, chute areas, screen discharge points and bin lining.

Polyurethane materials are known for reducing maintenance costs and downtime, as well as for their ease of installation, because they do not require replacing as frequently as materials such as plastic, rubber or steel.

K-Redi-Liner is a bolt in, polyurethane modular lining system that can be arranged into any wear pattern. It is ozone and ultra violet resistant, light weight and easy to install, and offers optimal durabiilty and performance which helps to reduce preventative maintenance costs.

Also available with embedded alumina ceramics for extreme applications, K-Redi-Liner offers even higher wear factors and a longer service life.It is possible to directly address localised wear areas by combining both the K-Redi-Liner ceramic modules and the K-Redi-Liner polyurethane modules to achieve better abrasion and tear resistance.
