MineARC Systems has announced the acquisition of Shairzal Safety Engineering Pty Ltd, a leading supplier of safety engineering solutions to mining operations, and will assume all manufacturing, servicing and sales commitments for the company’s past and present customers.

The Shairzal brand and product line will remain in place for the foreseeable future. However, all Shairzal related enquires will now be handled by MineARC.

MineARC general manager, Mike Lincoln said: “Together, we are uniquely positioned to provide the most comprehensive product offering available to the market. The resulting portfolio will include emergency refuge solutions for the hard rock, coal, tunnelling and petrochemical industries.

“We have been in contact with all Shairzal customers and have reassured them our national service team will continue to support and service their needs.”
