Crushing & Conveying

Sandvik has launched the newest model in its CJ200 series. The CJ208 is a lightweight crusher designed to cope with heavy duty applications while offering superior cost efficiency. The optimised crushing chamber provides a high reduction ratio and capacity, and the machine is easy to operate and maintain.

The CJ200 crushers are capable of producing a 0-40mm sized final product in one crushing stage. The crusher frames are fully welded giving them equal strength in all directions, ensuring durability against shock loads. In turn, this minimises the risk of mainframe failure, as seen with a bolted design. The deep symmetrical crushing chamber maximises feed size, capacity and reduction.

The CJ208 can be used for both heavy-duty stationary and mobile applications. Its bolted feet enable the crusher to be used as a stationary unit with zero-degree inclination or on a mobile unit with five-degree inclination.

Like other models in the 200 series, the CJ208 is available with a range of optional equipment, such as automatic bearing lubrication, feed hopper, intermediate protection plate and a complete drive package, including motor, bracket, pulley, belt and flywheel/belt protection.
