Sandvik wins Kailin order

Sandvik has won a contract worth approximately US$9 million from state-owned mining company Chinese Kailin Group for the supply of 19 machines, including jumbo drill rigs, bolters, and long hole rigs. The machines will be delivered by the end of 2012.
Schubert Huang, VP of Sandvik Mining and Construction’s Region EAS, said: “We are proud of our long-standing relationship with the Kailin Group and this latest order again exemplifies how our advanced technologies are designed to meet our customers’ layered mining requirements going forward.”
