Crushing & Conveying

The Uralmash Machine building Corp, one of Russia’s largest mining equipment producers has confirmed that it has begun testing a SHCDP 2100х1500U jaw crusher for Stoilensky GOK at its Uralmash plant. Uralmash won the contract in January 2008, which covers the delivery of the machine and a set of spare parts. It is the first jaw crusher that Uralmash plant has manufactured since the 1960’s.

The crusher will be shipped to Stoilensky GOK in August 2009, and the installation and commissioning will be overseen by engineers from the company’s mining equipment division (a unit of Uralmash-Engineering). New design solutions have been used during development of the crusher. It features an adjustable discharge opening, which can be altered manually or automatically during crushing, an automatic grease supply system, and a welded bottom shell.

The plant is also currently producing two more crushers; a SHCDP 2100х1500U for Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, and a SHCDP 500х1200U for Kuzbasrazrezugol.
