Civmec to acquire Technip subsidiary

The board of directors of construction and engineering services provider Civmec has agreed to enter into a due diligence phase for the acquisition of PT Global Industries Asia Pacific, a Technip subsidiary. Civmec stated that this acquisition is in line with the company’s strategic growth plans
