The OEM equipment package is worth more than A$18 million (US$12 million).

RCRMT executive general manager Ian Gibbs said since NRW took over RCRMT it had secured orders for all the current major iron ore projects in WA.

He said with the contract RCRMT retained its status as the market leader in the design and manufacture of apron and belt feeders, which he thought was an exciting achievement against a highly regarded multinational supply market.

NRW CEO and managing director Jules Pemberton said the award represented further validation of NRW's acquisition approach to provide clients with a broader service offering.

NRW has already been awarded two earthworks contracts for Koodaideri.
