Pilanesberg Platinum surges ahead

SOUTH Africa-based DRA Mineral Projects has announced that it is on schedule with the construction of a platinum concentrator and associated infrastructure for Boynton Investments new Pilanesberg Platinum Mines project. The R1.4 billion (US$181.8 million) project with a design capacity of 365 000t/mth is currently over 40% complete and production is due to begin in late April 2009.
