Partners take up Smart Marker technology

A partnership between Elexon Mining, CSIRO Australia, CSIRO Chile, the Advanced Mining Technology Center of the University of Chile, and Itasca International will use the Australian-developed Smart Marker technology to create a world-first system to measure and monitor slope deformation using wireless in-ground markers, according to Elexon.
