Please provide the company name and a 100-word maximum description explaining why they deserve the award.
Nominations will close on Friday 16th October. The shortlist for each award will then be announced, and final voting will open at the end of October.
The winners will be detailed in a supplement accompanying the January/February 2016 issue of Mining Magazine.
