DIFFERENTIAL ENERGY™ Bulk Delivery System

DIFFERENTIAL ENERGY™ increases productivity with its single-product design for wet and dry conditions, which reduces explosives inventory costs and simplifies budgeting.

DIFFERENTIAL ENERGY™ is breaking ground in coal mining, quarry blasting, and metal mining. It is a proprietary method for controlling the explosive energy profile in a blast hole that is resulting in improved productivity, decreased cost, and reduced environmental impact for the customer.

DIFFERENTIAL ENERGY increases productivity with its single-product design for wet and dry conditions, which reduces explosives inventory costs and simplifies budgeting.

By applying this technology correctly, customers have a tool that can better help them correctly size the blasted ore for the downstream processing equipment available at the operation.

With DIFFERENTIAL ENERGY, blasters can place the right density and right energy in the right place in the blast hole, resulting in reduced blasting costs.

No longer just relying on manual drill logs, blasters can now collect data directly from smart drills, which can be used to better profile the requirements of each blast hole to ensure the correct amount of energy can be loaded.

Instead of loading each hole the same, this technology allows each blast hole to be custom loaded based on rock hardness.

DIFFERENTIAL ENERGY is formulated to minimize or completely eliminate post-blast NOx fumes.

This high-performance water-resistant emulsion can be slept in the ground for extend periods of time without any concerns over its detonation characteristics.

This product has proven it significantly reduces or eliminates groundwater contamination.
