Finland's Metso Outotec launches Premier and Select mill ranges

A REVIEW of the combined horizontal mill product offerings of Metso and Outotec following their merger has led to the creation of the Metso Outotec Premier and Select horizontal grinding mill ranges.

The Premier offers customisable solutions built on the latest grinding mill technology, process expertise and design capability.

The Select offering is a range of pre-engineered solutions to make mill selection easier, leading to simplified proposal preparation and a quicker order execution process.

Select mills are available for applications up to 7.8 megawatts for both semi-autogenous grinding and ball mills. Rod mills are available up to 4.6m by 6.1m.

Metso Outotec head of grinding business line Christoph Hoetzel said both lines had their own differences and benefits.
