Gold Fields commissions 50MW solar plant at South Deep

Gold miner Gold Fields has completed construction of its 50 megawatt Khanyisa solar plant at its South Deep mine.

Khanyisa will generate 50 MW at South Deep.

The mine is now in the process of finalising the commissioning and optimisation of the plant, Gold Fields said.
