The location opened May 14 and includes a 350m2 office and 1,000m2 of warehousing and workshop space. It will hold about 30 employees and has been centrally located to offer support to clients on Australia's eastern coast, as well as its Oceania clients that utilise Brisbane's logistics channels.

The A$1 million (US$688,000) centre also includes warehousing and servicing of its wear and spare parts, engineering and field services, revamps and equipment refurbishments.

"This new facility enables us to co-locate our engineering and project staff with our service personnel," CEO Andrew Howie said.

"For our clients in the mining, cement and chemical industries this means they benefit from an integrated project life-cycle approach, incorporating the latest products and technologies. After having worked successfully with our customers in Australia for many years, this investment was a logical consequence."
