Euromines: EU's green industry plan needs domestic mining incentives

European metals and minerals mining industry body Euromines has welcomed a Green Deal Industrial Plan unveiled by the European Union on Wednesday, with the caveat that more needs to be done on encouraging domestic mining of strategic minerals in the continent.
