The joining of TNT and Cementation expands and improves the services Cementation is able to provide its clients

TNT was established in 1997 in California, US and has offices in Idaho, US, and Santiago, Chile. It has successfully served its global clientele by delivering approximately 75 projects in more than 15 countries.

With this diverse international footprint, Cementation Americas stated that TNT has earned a solid reputation for providing quality design, supply and commissioning services for crushing and screening plants, overland conveyors, heap leach systems and mobile stacking systems for waste and dry tailings.

Justin Oleson, president of Cementation Americas, commented: "The joining of TNT and Cementation expands and improves the services we are able to provide our clients. Just as engineering and construction work better together, so does mining and material handling. This combination provides a strong platform to truly deliver ‘best for project' solutions to the minerals industry worldwide."

Ron Kelly, president of TNT, noted: "TNT embarks on a new chapter in our 23-year history as part of the Cementation group. With a common culture of safety and customer centric focus in the mining industry, the union of TNT and Cementation is well-positioned to grow in both traditional and new markets in the years to come."
