Prok to shine in Vegas

CONVEYOR component manufacture Prok is to showcase its products at this year’s Minexpo in Las Vegas.

Prok to shine in Vegas

Prok is owned by Australian mining equipment and industrial manufacturing company Nepean.

Considered the world's largest mining event, Minexpo will take place at the Las Vegas convention centre from September 13-15.

Prok's booth will feature the company's conveyor component product range and its high-density polyethylene roller.

The HDPE roller can operate in corrosive environments due to a seal arrangement that ensures low break away mass and run resistance during operation.

The roller is also equipped with visual wear indicator technology to help mining companies improve their maintenance planning.

Prok managing director Paul Byrne said Minexpo 2021 was a great opportunity to connect with the industry.

"We are really excited to meet and connect with attendees at Minexpo and showcase some of the exciting product innovations currently happening at Prok," he said.

"Prok has been busy working on some really unique innovations and Minexpo 2021 provides a great opportunity to present to the market how these products can optimise their operations."

Given the travel restrictions in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, Prok's North American team will be running the booth.
