Recently, CARRYING THE FLAG WORLD RECORDS LIMITED officially certified that "The LHGC-5000 vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator developed by Huate Magnet is the magnetic separation equipment with the largest diameter (5 meters) of ring in the world and the HTDZ-2000 high gradient magnetic filter is the magnetic separation equipment with the largest diameter (2 meters) of separation chamber in the world".

The LHGC-5000 intelligent vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator is with 5-meter diameter of its core ring component, 10-meter equipment height, 500-tone weight, the maximum single part weight does not exceed 80 tons, excitation power 160 kW, background field strength ≤1.8T (Tesla), feeding particle size ≤3 mm, pulp throughput up to 2000 m³/h, it can process hematite up to 1000 tons per hour, quartz sand up to 400 tons per hour and electricity consumption per ton of mineral is about 0.3 kW/hour. The excitation coil adopts oil-cooled external circulation for heat dissipation, and the extra-large components such as vertical ring adopts a split structure and modular assembly. It has functions such as automatic liquid level adjustment, automatic lubrication, real-time detection and alarm of pressure and temperature, and realizes intelligent operation.

The Internet of Things and big data analysis technologies are adopted to realize remote operation and maintenance, fault diagnosis and full life cycle management. It is mainly used in the separation of weak magnetic minerals such as iron oxide, titanium, manganese, chromium, cobalt and rare earth minerals, or in the removal of iron and impurities from non-metallic minerals such as quartz and feldspar. The HTDZ-2000 high gradient magnetic filter is with a separation chamber of 2-meter diameter, 7-meter equipment height, 170-tone weight, and the maximum single part weight does not exceed 30 tons, excitation power 200 kW, background field strength ≤1.8T ( Tesla), feeding particle size ≤1 mm, pulp throughput up to 400 m³/h, it can process quartz sand up to 100 tons per hour and electricity consumption per ton of mineral is about 2 kW/hour. The excitation coil adopts oil-cooled external circulation for heat dissipation, adopts rapid magnetization and demagnetization technology, multi-tube and multi-point uniform distribution technology, adopts human-machine interface and automatic control, and has a high degree of automation. It is mainly used for non-metallic minerals such as quartz sand, feldspar, kaolin, etc. to remove weak magnetic impurities such as iron oxide, titanium, mica, etc., to improve the purity of raw materials. More than 500 high gradient  magnetic filters produced by Huate Magnet have been popularized and applied in China and around the world.
