PRESS RELEASE: The Pennsylvania-based company said it will be showcasing its Dustgrip dust suppressants as well as its Minetech ground control agents at the Brushfork Armory in Bluefield for the biennial mining show September 13-15.

The Dustgrip product can help operations comply with changing federal regulations outlining the lowering of respirable dust from 2.0 mg/m3 to 1.5 mg/m3, especially the newest member of that line, Dustgrip JFP-95. All of the products in the line-up reduce generation of airborne particulate matter from mines, roads, stockpiles, rail hauls, construction sites, quarries and other areas, can save costs and time for mines and can increase site safety for workers.

Quaker's Minetech agents, it added, offer capabilities for ground consolidation and stabilization for fractured and unstable ground, sealing against water ingress, the injection of rock bolts, use with concrete and earthen dams and application for storm water systems, tunnels, manholes and underground vaults.

The company will be available to talk about its entire mining line, including fire-resistant longwall hydraulic fluids, greases, gear lubricants and cleaners at outdoor Booth 705.
