XinJiang opts for thyssenkrupp sizers

Chinese mine operator, XinJiang TianChi Energy Co, has placed an order with thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions for four Roll Sizers for the secondary crushing of coal

XinJiang TianChi operates a number of coal mines in the XinJiang region and opted for sizers each with two 315kW drives and throughputs of up to 2,000t/h. Thyssekkrupp said the four DRS 660 x 3700 S Roll Sizers are designed as “side sizers”, and can crush coal with a feed size of up to 300mm to a finished product size of 50mm.

The processed coal will mainly be used for power generation and heating.
