The UK Women in Mining (WIM) organisation and PwC published a very revealing report looking at women on boards in mining. Mining for Talent 2015 is the third and final annual survey of its kind undertaken by the companies analysing gender diversity at board level of the top 500 global mining companies. The report was introduced at a breakfast meeting in London on January 21, by WIM chair Amanda van Dyke and Stephney Dallmann of PwC, who outlined the key findings and recommendations going forward.
