Brexit, mining and R&D

There was only ever one topic I could cover in this comment. As I write, it has been nearly a week since the Brexit furore on June 24, and the mood here in London is still one of disbelief, concern and uncertainty. The panic may have subsided but the effects of this life-changing referendum have not. In fact, they’ve only just begun.
