Komatsu has said its FrontRunner Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) will be deployed on a total of 62 930E ultra-class haul trucks by 2024 at Anglo American's Chilean open pit copper mine, Los Bronces.

Komatsu noted in its statement that over 525 trucks using Komatsu's FrontRunner have been deployed since its first commercial launch in 2008 at CODELCO's Gabriela Mistral copper mine in Chile.
