Uralmash - ME designs car tipper for EVRAZ NTMK

Tipper will be used at EVRAZ NTMK's iron and steel works in Nizhny Tagil, Sverdlovsk Oblast

The 195t VRDS-100L rotary-type side tipper is designed for mechanised dumping of bulk materials from four-axle open cars with a total weight of up to 100t.

It will be used at EVRAZ NTMK's iron and steel works in Nizhny Tagil, Sverdlovsk Oblast, for mechanised tipping of cars with different bulk materials for coke and by-product process.

As requested by the customer, the equipment will be designed for installation on an existing foundation. It will be supplied in the third quarter of 2022.

The Uralmash - ME factory is in Orsk, Orenburg Oblast, and the car tipper is one of its long-established products. According to Anton Sokur, head of the sales support department at Uralmash - ME, this order is a significant step on the road to the company's return into the handling and homogenising equipment market.
