Diemme will be launching its GHT5000F filter press next month, which will be the largest one of its kind in the market, the company said.

The product's plate size is 5 meters by 5 meters.

The GHT5000F is designed to heighten the level of process automation, while also increase data collection and monitoring. The GHT-F Filter series has been designed specifically for mining concentrates and tailings filtration applications.

The new technology will predict tailings dam failures and reduce mining downtime.

Products in the GHT-F Filter series are fully automated, reduce wear of components, and contain an integrated platform which enables all maintenance operations to be conducted safely.

Diemme will launch its GHT5000F with an online event on November 30, which will feature speeches by mining representatives on the importance of tailings management.
