The new arm will be specifically dedicated to solving water and waste water issues as a single entity under the Zinkan umbrella. The company said this will allow the ChemReady team to "reimagine" chemical and equipment solutions originally developed within Zinkan. ChemReady will also allow the Zinkan chemicals business to better leverage its partners by combining expertise under one organisational structure.

Zinkan vice president of marketing and product development Timothy Drake said Zinkan's Source-To-Discharge and Total Service Management treatment programmes allow clients to examine their own water treatment processes and design, improve and validate them to enhance the operations, and reduce consumption and costs.

"We're … working with our customers to provide the highest level of clarity in an industry that otherwise presents customers with challenging decisions - how to properly treat water from the moment it enters a facility to the point of discharge," he added.

Ohio, US-based ChemReady is also part of the dealer network of Matec dewatering and filtration systems.
