Louisiana offers Ucore $9.6M incentives for first RapidSX plant

THE US state of Louisiana has offered Ucore Rare Metals a US$9.6 million package of tax incentives and payroll rebates over the first 10 years of operation if it builds its first rare earth element separation facility there.
