Under the terms of the agreement, Haein will be a distributor and commissioner of RCT-manufactured items such as its ControlMaster line of automation and control products and Muirhead protection systems.

Haein's targets in the country will be heavy industries such as mining, steel processing and construction. It also will provide on-the-ground maintenance and technical support.

RCT said it began its business dealings in South Korea in 2014.

No financial terms of the partnership were disclosed.
