Flexco, MLT Minet Lacing in North America partnership

Conveyor producer Flexco and fastener solutions maker MLT Minet Lacing Technology have signed a deal under undisclosed terms for a strategic partnership in North America.

 Flexco will be the exclusive source for MLT’s products in the US as well as Mexico and Canada

Under the terms of the agreement, Illinois-based Flexco will be the exclusive distributor for MLT's products in the US as well as Mexico and Canada. MLT will continue to manufacture its products for North America as Flexco integrates the MLT North America business into its organisation.

France-headquartered MLT sells its conveyor belt fasteners, splices and related services in 120 countries.

MLT has three factories in France, six subsidiaries and two research and development centres, while Flexco's facilities outside the US are located in Australia, Chile, China, United Kingdom, Germany, India, Mexico, Singapore and South Africa.
