The 12-month agreement, worth US$7.56 million, is extendable by mutual agreement. Construction will be performed by the contractor with its own equipment.

First-stage work components include development, prospecting and mining, except paste filling, as well as auxiliary work.

The mining licence for Pakrut was issued in January 2012 and is valid until November 2030.

The total JORC-compliant resource outlined for the mine by publicly-listed CNG is 4.72 million ounces (assuming a cut-off grade of 0.5g/t).
