Vast Resources' Baita Plai on track

The third shipment of equipment for the project in Transylvania includes an underground rock loader and mining jackhammers, the company said.

The final shipments containing the remaining underground loaders, pneumatic loaders, ceramic filters, hydro cyclones and slurry pumps, are all on track for mid-July, said the firm.

Baita Plai has a 1,800,000 tonnes copper-silver-zinc-lead- gold-tungsten-molybdenum ore body at 6% copper equivalent within the mining licence area, according to the firm, which targets saleable concentrate production from the mine as early as this year.
