SRG continues to support Super Pit

SRG Global has been awarded a A$18 million contract for ground support works with KCGM

SRG Global's Geotech business has been performing a range of services at the Kalgoorlie Super Pit gold mine since 1997.

Work under the new five-year contract includes both in-phase ground support, rock fall mitigation and rock face remediation.

Over the years SRG Global said it has developed highly specialised plant to meet the demands of the unique Super Pit environment.

SRG Global managing director David Macgeorge said: "This is a great contract award for SRG Global which continues our focus on securing term contracts. We have a long and proud history performing ground support works at the Kalgoorlie Super Pit for a number of years.

"We are very pleased to be awarded this contract and will continue to work closely with KCGM to deliver a strong result."
