The data and digital solutions are part of FLSmidth ENABLR portfolio, which focuses on monitoring and optimising asset performance in processing plants.

Thorough a suite of mobile and web apps, users can access the performance data on their laptop or smartphone.

These include the SiteConnect mobile insights app for on-demand equipment and plant performance and health data; the ECS/PlantDataManagement system that integrates process and quality information islands, making real-time plant data available to operational, management and executive personnel; and the ECS/UptimeGo downtime analysis solution to help plant staff identify issues that interrupt operations.

Ole Knudsen, head of digitalisation product management at FLSmidth, said that by offering on-demand, remote access to key data points, it was "putting users in control of optimising their plant and equipment performance health".
