Boliden has entered into a five-year agreement with Forcit under which the Finnish explosives maker will supply services and materials until the end of December 2025.

The deal applies to Boliden's mines in Sweden and the Kevitsa mine in Finland, six mines in total, and continues a cooperation between the companies that began in 2011.

Sweden's Boliden is active in mineral exploration, mining, smelting and metal recycling. Its main products are zinc and copper, and it also produces gold, silver, nickel and lead.
