This contract follows the installations previously made at Cortez Hills and Turquoise Ridge underground mines as a key part of Barrick's new digital transformation of its underground mine operations.
Mobilaris Mining Intelligence is a position-based decision support system. It will provide a real-time positioning of all assets underground and visualise it to users in 3-D.
Additionally, a tight integration with RapidBizApps and the short-interval planning SW from Deswik will close the loop between planning and reality, thus increasing the production efficiency with a state-of-the art situational awareness as well as increased mining safety.
