Dustin LaMascus has more than 25 years of experience in telecom with 15 of those devoted to business development of emerging technologies including Private 5G. Today, Dustin leads a global team at Ericsson focused on developing Ericsson’s Private 5G business across key industry verticals. Additionally, he leads a Swedish-based team dedicated to testing and verifying ecosystem devices to ensure top performance for Ericsson Private 5G customers.

 

Kirstin Sym-smith, Global Vertical Partner Lead, Mining, Ericsson

Kirstin Sym-Smith is the Ericsson global partner lead for the mining industry. She is a seasoned sales and business development leader with over 20 years in telecommunications. Kirstin has deep experience in both 4G/5G cloud-based private wireless solutions and federal government industry, receiving enterprise sales awarded for mining and DoD spectrum solutions.

 

Eric L‘Heureux, P.eng. - President, CEO and Founder Ambra

Eric L’Heureux, founder and CEO of Ambra Solutions, is a computer engineer specializing in advanced telecommunications for harsh industrial environments. Since 2009, he has led Ambra in designing and deploying private LTE/5G networks, transforming connectivity for the mining sector. With over 70 mines connected in 10 countries, Eric continues to push the boundaries of wireless innovation, shaping the future of mission-critical communications.
